研究简介:

从事生物计算(DNA计算和分子电路)、DNA存储、纳米孔测序、生物信息技术、纳米智能机器等方面研究。近年来,以第一或通讯作者在Science Advances (2022), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2019), Nano Letters (2016), Nucleic Acids Research (2020, 2019, 2018), Biosensors & Bioelectronics (2021),中国科学 (2015), 科学通报 (2014)等学术期刊上发表科研论文40余篇。

作为负责人主持科研项目:国家重点研发计划课题(2022)、国家重点研发计划政府间重点专项(2019)、国家自然科学基金(2019,2017,2013)、北京市联合研发大科学计划专项(2020)、教育部装备联合基金(2018)、北京市自然科学基金(2018)等。参与科研项目:基金委重大应急项目(2017)、国家自然基金重点项目(2013)、国家基金委重大仪器专项(2012)等。申请发明专利7项,获授权4项。入选2020年中国科学院创新交叉团队。
